Hey, has anyone else noticed how often they make mpreg jokes in the SGA commentaries? Just me, then?

Hi. Still not properly around, but feeling somewhat talky (blathery?) so, uh. Yes. I have lots to say, and I keep thinking of a million (it's Irish for ten!) interesting things to discuss or bat around inside my head at work and then I get near a computer and they all vanish into thin air so this may be somewhat disconnected

The episode with the boxer was made of awesome. I missed the finale, but care about this season in general less than I used to. I'm not sure if that's me getting bored, the general lameness of the writing, or the Grissom/Sara romance of ick. Probably a combination of all three. How can Grissom/Sara not make your skin crawl? You are entitled to your own view on this situation, but ewwwwww!

As I said to Chris at the time "so, normally when anyone was essentially taking the piss about a guy being dead, even if he was hitting women and skeezy as hell I would be uncomfortable and grumpy, but this is GREAT!" I have no idea why I enjoyed that episode as much as I did, but I really did, yes. I have no clue how far through the season we are - I think about two episodes behind you guys usually, and about half a season if not more behind the USA, and I've missed a huge chunk of season arc in the middle by being away, but I've generally liked it myself. I think it probably helps there that I've only seen seasons 1, 2 and 6 (because I didn't get into CSI until 2006 when Kat pimped me into CSI and I pimped her into due South), so I don't have as much to compare it to. I actually really liked the lab techs episode, too, even if it did pretty much skewer my pet theory that Hodges Did It. (I am really fond of that theory, damnit!) And I have no idea why I like Grissom/Sara so much, but I pretty much always have, and I suspect it'

I've seen most of seasons 4 and 5, and random bits of the others. That said, S7 was my first attempt to watch it as a weekly ongoing series. The episode with the lab techs was good in that it gave them some character, but I got fed up with the "wacky" bits of cases. I want to kill whoever thought up the miniature killer thing because it went on for so damn long...

I think you're a couple of weeks behind us, I just missed the finale last tuesday.

Grissom/Sara is squick.
I really need to go back and fill in my NCIS because it is awesome and win ... but my stupid quota ...
I wish I could remember more of my dreams ... the ones I can remember are awesomness.
Oh and I totally know what you mean about loving people even though catching up on their lives is a massive chore that deserves procrastinating. (drunken hippopotamus? *snerk*)

Ha ha, there's a brilliant episode a few down from that (where we are, maybe penultimate in the season, I can't remember if it was last week or the week before!) where Catherine says summat about Lady Heather to Sara, and Sara's all LET'S CHANGE THE SUBJECT and Catherine is oblivious. It is great!!

I hope that was not spoilery. :S

Mainly Sara's been much less whiney and annoying and pissing off this season, so I am happy she is getting some.
