Rabastan has moved into the Old Stone Church on River Road at 4th Street.

The grounds encompass the parcel of land bounded by River Road to the South, 4th Street to the West, 3rd Street to the East, and D Street to the North. The location is labeled 'RaL' on  Stoatshead Hill Map.

After the fall...

In November, while hiding away an artifact from the Dark Lord, Rabastan investigates an explosion and finds a magical child. He seeks sanctuary for the ill girl with an old muggle friend and becomes concerned about his Dark Mark which has been hot and itchy for days.
