I can't read German--and I don't have a translation--so I don't know exactly what Forel's reasoning was, but some doctors seemed to promote (hetero)sexual activity as a way to eliminate "inverted" feelings.

Then again, some promoted the use of exercise, cold baths, and studying math. There's another Moriarty crack!fic in there somewhere, but I sure as hell won't be writing it anytime soon...
