I'm feeling pretty cruddy. I think I got sick from a combination of not eating properly, one of my students being sick, one of my friends being sick, and the a/c at work blowing in my face. In any case, I'm scratchy-throated, and I feel really run down. I think I've been trying to get sick for a few days, but it only hit me last night

I don't know about your childhood memories, since I've never seen The A-Team on TV, but the movie was pretty nice. I didn't know that much about it before I went to see it, so I totally geeked out when I realized that Sharlto Copley (Wikus from District 9) was Murdock. And on a shallower note, Bradley Cooper has his shirt off on a couple of occasions, if you happen to be into that... :P

And I haven't gone to see the A-Team because loved the original and know I'd just be sitting there comparing the new one to it's awesomeness, lol.

A lot of people on my flist have recced The A-Team. I think I'm going to go, but I'll probably do the whole comparison thing, too.

Ditto this - I just saw the movie today and IT WAS A BLAST. I completely laughed at several scenes. It is over the top, just like the show was - only now there are better special effects.
