So, so agreeing with everything you said about John & Rodney. All of it.
Also, Piper and Leo! HI! Yes, watching them turned yout to goo and you smiled when they were happy and felt drained when they cried and whatnot. Also, it had a happy ending, which we shouldn't take for granted in sci-fi and the supernatural. Now I miss Charmed.
And now you make me want to get some fantastic four comics. Hmm.
Oh, Piper/Leo. Man, I love(d) them. I love the fact that they god a happy ending. And I know what you mean when you say that when Piper cries you cry. Some of those scenes are like a punch to the stomach. Okay, I definitely need to go re-watch some episodes. :)
And of course, I agree with everything you say about John/Rodney. Especially how they're the core of the SGA, just like Jack and Daniel were. I think even if you just see the two pairings as just friends you still can't deny how much they make the show. To me, once RDA left SG-1 it just wasn't the same. (Except for '200' and 'The Shroud'.)
