Rapid-Fire Ramblings

Looks like my car is going to run about $600 dollars. They had to fix some sort of fan, some pipes, and a water bottle. They're also flushing my radiator. *headdesk*

Got a nap earlier. I must have slept a couple of hours. I definitely needed the sleep.

CSI premiered tonight. (YAY!) I missed the first few minutes, but here are my thoughts ( Read more... )

I'd like to say they surprised me, but they really didn't. I was pretty sure Sara would be okay, and she was. I'm pretty jaded on the whole "CSI in danger" thing. Like dexterette says, they need to actually kill one of them if they want to make it exciting.

Yes, kill off a CSI, as long as it's not my Nick. I'd stop watching if they killed him.

Catherine gets my vote for CSI That Needs To Go. lol.

I like that they let Nick be the one to find her. All of his scenes were brilliant. In particular, I appreciated the flashback to "Gum Drops."

When they showed the scene from "Gum Drops", I shouted "They remembered an old storyline?!" That's not the CSI way. It's come up with a great story and forget it in the next episode.

And YAAAAAAAAAAAY to Nick for being the hero. It's about time he got to save someone. :-D

Maybe it's because I came in late, but I didn't see much Warrick or Greg. I did see the scene with the hand restraints, and I did see Greg flying around in the helicopter.

There wasn't much Warrick in this one. :(

Yes! Nick is off-limits! My thoughts on Nick: Get him dirty, scuff him up, but bring him back safely when you're done with him. Brass is off-limits, too. The place wouldn't be the same without his sarcasm.

And it can't happen soon enough. Catherine passed the whiney and annoying limit three seasons ago. If I see her wring her hands and complain about being a woman one more time, I'll need to start drinking heavily to make it through CSI.

:( We need a good Nick/Warrick buddy episode.

To keep Nick safe, Quentin Tarantino must not be allowed to direct another episode! lol.

If I have to see one more episode where it's all about her, I'm changing the channel.

YES! When was the last time we had one of those?

I got the CBS feed for once, and hey, there was indeed a Nick/Greg scene in it.

I was v. glad that Nick found her, and not Grissom.

I've never been the hugest Sara fan, but I knew they weren't going to kill her. Actually, even if they did, I don't know how much real impact it would have, because CSI is bad for continuity, especially PSTD related.
