1. My freaking body is falling apart. In addition to everything else, my shoulder is now hurting like someone is stabbing me every time I move it in a certain direction. Sometimes I can move it with no pain at all. But if I try to reach down at an angle or behind by back? OW. Has anyone experienced this? What did you do for it? I just took

You're really taking what you can get these days, huh? I'm sorry to hear about you're shoulder, but I have not clue what to do. I hope it gets better though - and soon!

ouch! I know rotating between heat and ice should help if it's a muscle pull. Hope your shoulder only needs a little time to work itself out and will be pain free asap. *hugs*

I hope so. Right now I have a hot compress on it. It's right at the point where the shoulder and arm connect, so I;m a little worried it could be a pulled tendon, but I have no clue how I would have pulled it.

I Kane marathon should be undertaken monthyly!

Thanks, hon. I've got a warm compress on it now, so hopefully whatever it is will go away soon. I really can't afford to be laid up.
