Sherlock's Will

It turns out that Sherlock has a will. Except he was in a snarky/haughty mood when he made it, and at the time he never expected to die before anyone mentioned in the will, so its completely ridiculous. He writes everyone he knows letters with secrets he discovered but never told anyone about, he has dozens of solutions to cold cases for Lestrade, he has a journal he has sent to Anderson's wife with everytime Anderson and Donovan hooked up, etc.

But for John, he wrote a hear felt letter, and willed him all of his money. Enough money, in fact, that Sherlock wouldn't have needed a flatmate for Baker St. It's how John comes to realise that Sherlock loved him.

This made me cry. I was busy laughing at Sherlock being Sherlock, and Mycroft trolling for lols, but that letter to John is so very Sherlock.

This fill is so amazing. I love all the touches, from the letter to Anderson's wife to the subtle way he showed John he loved him in his letter. Well done, anon.

OP here- My God, this was wonderful! I was laughing to hard at the notes for Mrs. Anderson and Mycroft, you captured Sherlock's wit perfectly! The ending was so lovely, that John didn't want words or money, he just wanted Sherlock back. Thank you so much for filling my prompt, it was a joy to read!

Wonderful fill. The humorous parts made me giggle, then the emotional parts touched my heart.
