Two fics: John has (fake) cancer, and Sherlock has use of a time machine

Looking for two specific fics, both (I believe) on AO3.  In the first, it seems like a John sicfic: he's diagnosed with terminal cancer. Sherlock can't accept the diagnosis and deduces the specialist. There's a fair amount of time spent with everyone thinking Sherlock is just deep in denial - only of course it turns out he's right, the specialist
