I haven't slept well this entire week. I have to spend another long day at the office tomorrow, neck deep in giving a makeup final, followed by a rather intense meeting that I'd rather not attend. Alack.

Well, at least Dalek is sleeping. Not just sleeping, actually, but stretched out and snoring!

The people over on cheapvegan have their panties in a twist because someone asked about cooking with marijuana. Apparently, it's offensive to talk about illegal things.

Thus, this is me talking about marijuana. Oh, look. I'm being more offensive than usual!

Of all the strange things to think about because of Fark, I would have to say that Pirkei Avoth might be the strangest. In any case, contemplating that for the past half hour has made my day much brighter.

So, I'm watching an episode of Bones (dude, it's about anthropology), and there was a phrase in Greek on a door into a vault, which said (I think) "No one saves the son of a widow." I met resident_geek seven years ago today. We're kinda flaky, so we don't really know when we technically started dating, but we had the rather strange coincidence of meeting on September 10, 2001.

Today, he surprised me with roses. So. Full. Of. Win. XDDDDD

You know, I was just starting to really enjoy the Buffy comics. Then the script writer has Willow use the term "Jewess" not only in reference to herself, but as if the word were completely neutral.

I'm utterly seething.
