I really enjoyed the way you portrayed Sheppard and Todd's relationship. Not friends, but not quite enemies either. I also loved the Shep-whump, and the idea of Sheppard having nightmares about being fed on by Todd, even as they work together. The twist with the teenager was wonderful, how he first thought that Sheppard was a worshiper, but how in the end, Sheppard and Todd's strange relationship saved the teen's life.

Incredible, incredible work! It's definitely one I'll read again. :)
