Aw, this was just awesome! Poor John, teetering on the brink of despair and exhaustion. And then Rodney bringing him back, reminding him of who he is and what he does--and what they *need* him to be. *happy sigh*

Oh this was pwoerful. John keeps things so bottled inside and Rodey is right--the whole universe does not reast on his shoulders.

I'm glad Mckay was able to lend him strength, remind him who teh colonel really was.
