Ronon killing that guy was the best part of the episode, lol.
And God, I *hated* the acting on the part of the extras in this one. I felt like I was watching a mellow drama. Everything was exaggerated way beyond what it needed to be.
This episode was terrible. But Teyla, Ronon and Rodney kept my interests when the main annoying plot got on my nerve.

Yes, that was a moment of coolness to be sure.

I recorded it because I was gone when it aired but it was a good thing...I just fast forwarded and watched the team interaction...made the blond chick go by very fast! Good thing too, the parts I did catch made me cringe!
I totally missed the star drive ability of the errr 'tower'...is that what its officially called...must have been that I fast forwarded through half the episode...so what does everyone think...will the Atlantis team be making a reappearance to this world...(hopefully minus blond princess)
"I loved that more and more Teyla seems to finish John’s sentences for him and vice versa *and*, she goes into panic mode more and more if she thinks he is in danger. These kids are in such denial- but they just can’t help those little expressions from slipping out when they least expect it!"
The only reason why I will ever watch parts of this episode again...

You were probably smart! That would be the best way to watch this silly thing. I usually do the same thing cause Friday's have been crazy at my house, but this time I watched as it aired and had to sit through all the painful stuff!

Do I think they acutaly will? I don't know- the writing has been all over the place this season and nothing is for sure. One week they are right on track, the next- it's like they've just never

Do I speak for most everyone one when I say that the attempt to pay homage to the late great Captain Kirk has gone from mildly annoying to just plain stupid? Honestly! I felt embarrassed for Joe Flanagan whose character was made to look like a very foolish caricature of himself when like some mindless frat boy from Animal House he jumped into the sack with some girl he’s only just met.
It was seriously, seriously cringe-worthy. I was just starting to love Joe Flanigan and the character of Sheppard and this has been a real set-back. It was OOC from the word go. Right after the Sheppard of "Grace Under Pressure" we get THIS one, it's like they don't know who the hell this character is! And the acting of the "princess"... *shudders*
It really was like two differnt men wasn't it? I mean in GUP we have this kick butt-I-can-figure-anything-out- guy who saves the day, then we get this stupid silly man whore who just looked - weak. And yes, air-head princess was probably a product of the casting couch. Good grief!

It was an all around raspberry this time.
