It did feel like the follow up. I loved how he overcame things with the kid episode, and his BM call.

I loved him teaching the dog tricks in this episode, not to lick him etc. and the general way he talked to the dog, very unlike how everyone else talks to dogs.

This episode was so freakin' adorable it was almost nauseating, haha. I loved it! Gonna have to snag a few like 44. And 125 and 126 are way cute too. Everyone was all smiley this episode! Of course, with the dog involved, it's no surprise.

Does Monk really not know what to feed a dog? and why didnt Nat tell him not to give a dog 5 tubs of ice cream? LOL

Haha, yes, only almost. Actually, I loved it. I always call things I love so cute/adorable/sparkly/etc. it's almost nauseating.

I know right? I kept wondering why on earth Natalie didn't say anything. I guess Monk really didn't know...that or it's some kind of new "ice cream for dogs" product :P

I don't claim to know much about dogs as ours is only about 8 months old, but we don't give her lots of ice cream, or whatever the heck Monk was giving her when she was giving birth.

Did you catch what was in the bowl by her?

And how adorable was the family opening, except why no Julie? the perfect excuse to have her in the show and she's a no show :(

Monk feeling lonely(not really the adorable part) but him going for a hug off Nat's family.. odd for him. Nat inviting him, the niece mistaking him for her uncle, Monk takes his jacket off!, Nat calling for him to be in the family photo... that was all adorable...

"She didn't stay in the umbrella" LOL and in the preview he asks the kid what rock bands he likes and then Monk said "I like the Various Artists." I laughed so hard!

*gg* I can forgive Monk for treating Shelby oddly, but didn't Nat take him to a pet store to buy things first... like a dog bed? Anything... where did he get the idea an umbrella was a good idea? LOL
