what do houses run in your area? since i am always tempted to move east.

280,000 is pretty cheap in my neighborhood, so knowing that is pricey in your area is very very very very very tempting to me. :-)

Tell me what you are looking for and I can tell you what it would run :)

On average though I'd say you can get a nice 3bed 2-3 bath with maybe 3/4 to 1 acre of land for about 175,000- 200,000 or so.

Oh. my. word. are you kidding me?!?!?!

my house is 3 bed 2 bath, 2100 square feet, and it would sell for about 365-375 and they are on postage-stamp sized lots. Like, if I go in my backyard and look outside, i can see the rooves of about fifteen houses. There are houses in my community that run as much as 500, and also on little tiny lots. it is unreal. and phoenix is considered affordable! how ridiculous is that?!?!?!

oh i want to move there so bad.
