Just a short post to tell folks I am still alive! I have been slipping as of late keeping up with my journal.
Winter is still here ! I have been trying to be good about going to the gym. So far its a halfway proposition. I go but not as much as I should. Better luck next week!

Sorry about the bug thing. I have managed to avoid ths flu epi's without shots. I just get a cold every three years or so, is all. If it's been filtered through a kid first.

ps Is that tag supposed to be 'gyn' or gym? (Sorry...)

Oops gym! We hadn't had flu for at least five years or so. Bob had a flu shot, I didn't so you can't tell. Usually I get sick after a flu shot so I avoid them. I am so ready for spring!

I hear ya! It's been a long, dark, cold winter here in the Great White North. Temps haven't been above freezing since sometime in November. *whimper*

LOL! It USUALLY starts to get a bit milder at the end of February/beginning of March but we've had a brutal winter this year with temperatures consistantly below the norms. I keep telling myself that Spring WILL come...

Would you believe temps in the 50s today - maybe spring is coming! I'll get to take pictures of crocuses to make a new icon!
