My offer to die in the opening sequence still stands, so I can play "artsy camera man" on this one. I'd like to get a good fight in before I go, however. Also, I'm voting for Silent Movie style dialogue cards in this one...

Pirates and renaissance is do-able. I'm digging on that more than I'm digging on guns and stuff. I also think it's funny you doing it the weekend before my birthday. *snerk* As for bodices and the possible ripping thereof...I maintain that "cutting of laces" would be vastly more entertaining and less dangerous to the bodices than "ripping" them would be (says the person with too much invested in her ren garb for ripping stuff randomly and who gave to goodwill far too many years ago the older stuff she doesn't care about).

So I guess the next question is what kind of "quest" or "adventures" does your lead character want to participate in? Lady pirates beat the ever-lovin' hell out of a town/guard a la Pirates of the Caribbean? Pirate wench/Ren anti-hero rescues friend and cohort from certain death of a noose to get back to the robbin', killin', and other fun stuff? Mercenaries out for a night on the town
