I need to apologize to netflix. I returned the new Bond movie to them as faulty, and have since found out that it was my DVD player. The audio just went out, don't you think that's weird? I thought initially that I had hooked it up wrong, after removing the other VCR, but after fiddling around with various connections, I still had video and no ( Read more... )

For some odd reason, I have been thinking of Gabriel Byrne as a good Robert Langdon. Tom Hanks just isn't "edgy" enough. Or sexy, IMO. Very nice man, great actor, but not...edgy, or sexy.... I'm wondering if there are any big surprises in the film as compared to the book. I read that there is at least one biggish change, but have no idea what it is. I read Angels and Demons before I read DaVinci Code.

I enjoyed Angels and Demons, too. It was fun and I loved looking at Rome. I read the book a few years ago and it made me want to spend a week in Rome.

Good luck with the DVD player.
