Because of Me is such a beautiful song. I makes me cry even when I'm not about to start my period ;)

I saw imagine you and me and i thought that it was a very cute movie until she cheats and divorces her husband. the movie didnt convince me that piper was gay/in love with luce, and i felt that she was leaving a life-commitment for something too new that she just decided to try. I know that as a married 'breeder' i don't have the same view as a lesbian, but thats what both my husband and i thought. piper made a commitment/promise, that she left to try something that might not be a sure thing.

Oh, the movie totally convinced me that she was in love with Luce (but I always root for the girls so I might be a little biased). I never considered what happened between Rachel and Luce to be cheating - they did kiss more than I would like my SO to kiss someone other than me, but when Rachel realized what she was doing she stopped it.

I also don't think she left Heck for "something new" - the movie wasn't really about her figuring out she's lesbian or bisexual - it was about a married woman who unfortunately fell for someone else. And even though what she left her husband for wasn't a "sure thing", I think she did the right thing by leaving him... if she doubts her feelings for him she shouldn't stay with him, and it doesn't matter if the other relationship ends up working out or not.

I think that "if she doubts her feelings for him" she should not have married him, since she did she should stick to it. Though I do also believe that are some very good reasons to get a divorce. I think she feels that she doesn't have the passion and fire but has the love, affection, trust etc. She married a good man, but not a true perfect passionate love. Like the difference between a high school sweatheart or childhood friend and someone ..... oh, I don't know how to explain it. I think she settled for a nice, good man before really seeing what was out there and what she might be happiest with. I haven't seen the movie in a year or two, so my memory isn't as clear as yours, but I still didn't like the way things went. It was, however, a very cute romantic comedy type movie.
