Oh, man, the feels. So many feels. I am a tumbling ocean wave of feels. Can't sit still. Loved this fic!
I love this reunion for them! It makes me feel all fuzzy in the end. And Neal, oh man. I mean, I guessed when he was on her doorstep dripping wet that he dove for the rings, but that he forged them? Did not see that coming. That was awesome!!
LOL, I'm so happy you liked Neal forging the rings :D I mean, there were a lot of painful and angsty moments in this story and I'm quite proud of some of them, but that particular scene just made me laugh - I had so much fun writing it, and it still makes me chuckle even now after I've edited and posted this :) Only Neal :D
Thank you for your lovely comment and good luck with your own fics :)
It's so beautiful and so Sara and Neal. It does a lot of healing. I love that Neal tried to find the rings and then forged the rings. I thought it was hysterical that Mozzie gave him the shiner. That would be so Mozzie as well and that Peter was happy that Neal was alive but still pissed. I love the story.
Thank you :) I'm glad you liked the references to Peter and Mozzie - there wasn't enough space to show more of that backstory, so I'm really glad that worked for you. Thank you for your review :)
You have Sara's voice down perfectly. And, I adored the way you created a life for her in London and how Neal's death and reappearance affected it.
The best part for me were Sara's conflicted feelings when Neal turns up in her living room. How she's elated and devastated and horribly angry and her realization that she doesn't trust him.
And, the ending was sweet and silly and absolutely romantic.
That first reunion scene was particularly hard to write, because Sara's feelings are so complicated, so I'm happy you liked the way I wrote her ad that you liked the ending.
Thanks again for your wonderful review. It really made my day :)
OMG!!! The Story is soooo beautiful. Thank you very much for writing this :))) And congrats to kanarek13 for her pretty cover. Really great job everyone :D
And kanarek's art is always amazing, but I was so happy she made the cover for this - it really captured the essence of what I was trying to write, and I looked at it for inspiration when I was stuck. Cyclic inspiration FTW!
Bravo. This is amazing. I'm glad that it was mentioned and I was able to read it. I can easily see this as happening after the cameras stopped rolling. It's great to see Sara and Neal working out the issues between them.
Thank you so much :) I really wanted to give Neal and Sara a shot at a happy ending, but given all that's happened, it couldn't have been easy... hence this story. I'm glad you liked it :)
