The main change to my routine is that the trainer's advised me to move away from the ab cruncher and shown me some more advanced abs stuff to do instead, mostly involving the fit ball. Hope it's a good'un!
One thing lack of money causes is regret at not being able to afford a gym - tight bugger that I am, I feel I'd have to get my money's worth out of it and hence would use it - Just 'going for walk' or running up and down the stairs doesn't cut it and as for those videos you work-out to...? Meawgh... who the hell does it more than twice? Go you!!
I got a job offer myself yeasterday but it won't come to anything until the end of October, I think - only a few hours a week, I'll post more when it comes together and I know where/how I am going to fit in. Bit of an odd thing this, but I'm not even sure what I'll be doing so can't say more - but id it happens... thee will be links. ;)
