So, I had my six week review at the gym last night. The main change to my routine is that the trainer's advised me to move away from the ab cruncher and shown me some more advanced abs stuff to do instead, mostly involving the fit ball. She's also told me to do less on the bikes for the sake of my poor knees, which have been suffering lately and ( Read more... )

*fingers firmly crossed*

Hope it's a good'un!

One thing lack of money causes is regret at not being able to afford a gym - tight bugger that I am, I feel I'd have to get my money's worth out of it and hence would use it - Just 'going for walk' or running up and down the stairs doesn't cut it and as for those videos you work-out to...? Meawgh... who the hell does it more than twice? Go you!!

I got a job offer myself yeasterday but it won't come to anything until the end of October, I think - only a few hours a week, I'll post more when it comes together and I know where/how I am going to fit in. Bit of an odd thing this, but I'm not even sure what I'll be doing so can't say more - but id it happens... thee will be links. ;)

Let us know how you get one - good luck, dearie!

Ooh, well done on taking on the challenge! I'm debating joining a gymn at the moment, but as you say, it requires money!

Good luck with the job application. Make sure it's one that you *want* - happiness is worth more than the money.

Anything remotely creative would be better than what I'm doing now, and the stuff that the company does looks interesting.
