There's a chinese restaurant in Birdsboro PA called Panda Heaven that might, just might be the best chinese restaurant that I've ever been to.  I'm not sure.  The reason I'm not sure is that I've never been there when I wasn't starving.  I'd go with a bunch of friends after a busy day and it would invariably take too long to order.  Getting

I remember that visit to Panda Heaven and I'm still not sure if it was hunger or great food. Quite possibly it was both.
