So... my second roommate, ldy_guinevere  showed up a few days ago, and last night headed off to PA.  So, assumably she'll be back for Monday (when classes start).  However, my other roommate, Kristy, may well be gone by then.  She's decided to go back to Kansas City.  I'll admit that I wish that she'd decided to stay, but some things are not to be.

Mom wasn't the slightest bit cheesed off, Kristy is here and mostly unpacked (how do people DO that?  I've had the apartment for a month and there are still a wagonload of boxes [BOXES!] everywhere...), and is being introduced to some of Mom's friends and the town and after I get off work we're all going groceries shopping.

 A few days ago I spent about an hour before going to bed looking at how to set up a yurt.  Not because I want to have a yurt...  just because I was curious.
