Hooray for baby showers! Onsies, cute little socks, pastels, puppies, blankets and soft things. That's great that Meg's going to throw you one -- and so nice that she offered.
Labor takes a while... Having a handful of people around, I would think, will enable your support team to sort of take turns. Then Ali can have the final shift at the end, just the two of you. It's a very intimate thing, so you can have it go down however you want, and everyone will respect that.
also, hooray for baby hiccups!

I'm going to call him Keats for short. Peter is Ali's grandfather's name and Davis is my Dad's middle name, so there's some family in there, but the first name gets to be something we think is cool but not TOO weird.
