I'm reading the new Einstein biography. It's difficult reading because I've never taken a physics class. It's also difficult reading because it makes me feel so utterly inadequate. He was incredible and the rest of us probably aren't, happily lost in the daily grind, rarely thinking outside the box

it all comes back to that beans metaphor again. open a bag of beans and toss them on a tray. They'll disperse randomly, creating the dense clumps and the void spaces. always different. each time you do it

Thank you, summer. I always love your take on things, you cheer me! I think just keeping on IS the answer, but maybe even more than that is just keeping on loving/smiling/enjoying. The rest of it might be too tied to ego, the need for accomplishment and recognition, and I need to get past that to just enjoying and appreciating what exists aside from whatever projects I might be pursuing.
