Ok, we got the yard mowed, we got tags for my van, and we moved my husbands broken down car into our drive way, and put a car cover over it. Oh good luck on the job hunting!

I live in a construction zone so I totally undestand the nail in the tire thing. Mine hasn't gone out that bad though - ugh, I'd be soooo mad!

I hope things start to look up, you seem to have a pretty positve attitude even though things aren't quite there yet. That's great your MIL is helping and you get to go to the storehouse. :)

Good luck with the job hunting. Hope he finds something soon.

I would honestly be thinking of making the neighbor that is leaving the nails out pay for all your tires. One every now and then the is repairable(as long as you get the repair service) doesn't cost anything but if you have to replace the tire that isn't cool and he needs to be more responsible. That's my opinion though.

Ya, that's the way I feel to, but honestly right now, I just don't have the energy it would take to fight the situation. Even though I'm thankful for everyone being to wonderful, and I know things could be soooooooo much worse, I still feel pretty drained most of the time, and I don't want to take anymore challenges on.
