I think I had the worst anxiety attack of my life yesterday…I have know idea as to what brought it on. Every part of myself did not want to be seen by anyone. It was strange after watching 6 Feet Under the anxiety totally disappeared. (I am not sure what that says about me). Hey my lil Alex, no worries huh? you see how crazy i am and im old as dirt :D you'll be ok and when you have those times u dont feel happy with yourself remeber i wub wu my lil teddeh bear :D *hugs* you always have a home here ;p but do try and be yourself, the worse thing you can do is be fake- bleh, if people dont like you then screw them, they arent worthy. and if you want me to, ill be the shit out of them :D

when I feel depressed and listless (which is not all that infrequent) nothing makes me feel better except drinking tea and watching Six Feet Under.
