Possibly Will might see the short man, white linen shirt off, sunbathing in the warm earth of one of the fields.

Tom hasn't been around the house much since he discovered Smallville, but he does come back for the simple pleasures.

Will gives a wave to the man who looks rather comfortable, and even calls out,

"Fair day, sir, 'ppears ye've found a grand spot."

Tom blinks, annoyed at the interruption, then sits up, then realizes he recognizes that accent. Much like Jack's clothes, it doesn't quite fit with what Tom's used to, but it's closer than anything else in this land.

So instead of telling Will to bugger off, Tom manages a friendly smile and a "Fair day yourself, good-sir."

Will's clothes are an odd mish mash, he still has his own hose and boots but he's wearing a modern t-shirt and fiddles with his bandages.

First person he's heard who sounds like home, best keep quiet about being an outlaw,

"Are ye from England, sir?"

Not what he meant to ask but well it came out.
