Maybe she thought to surprise him. Or maybe she was just curious to see who else lived in the Cooper household. Either way, Chloe pulls her Volkswagen Beetle up in front of the house. She checks her reflection quickly in the rear view mirror before smiling and stepping out

Dreamer just came from the ship! (It's not so much of the space variety. Sorry, Chloe.) She's walking around the house at the moment, humming to herself. When she sees Chloe she gives a little wave and a friendly smile.

Her feet are bare. It's a thing. She's forgotten about them, really.

Chloe waves back, lifting eyebrows in curiosity. "Hey! You live here?"

"Yeah. You don't?"

Honestly it's surprising. Dreamer was beginning to think everyone lived here.

"My boyfriend does," she answers as she walks over. "Tall, blue eyes, has a tendency to dress in primary colors? He's kind of hard to miss."

When she stops in front of Dreamer, Chloe holds out a hand. "Chloe Sullivan."

"...Chloe?" Clark thought he heard a familiar car. He was just really hoping he was wrong. "What are you doing here?"

This is perhaps not the greeting Chloe is wanting. Sadly, it's the one she gets.

"Came to visit you," she replies with a grin.

And other people, possibly.

"Some greeting, Clark."

She gets a smile back, because he is happy to see her.

"Sorry, I just wasn't expecting you. I mean, it's a pretty long drive. I figured it'd just be easier for me to come see you."

"It's not that bad. I mean, it's not a drive I'd want to do every day, but once in a while is completely okay," she answers, slipping her hand in his. "Anyway, I didn't get much of a tour the last couple of times I was here. I'm curious."

Eden is sitting on a lawn-chair near the house, writing in a notebook, a glass of lemonade to her left and a large backpack set down by her right. She's mildly surprised at the sound of a car and looks up.

When Chloe gets out, she sets her pencil down and closes the notebook. She offers the newbie a wave and a friendly, "Hey there."

She nods in acknowledgment, detouring from the house to the lawn chair.

"Hey," she offers in reply. "You live here?"

"For the time being," Eden replies. "I'm actually relocating ASAP. It gets," there's a nod to the ship nearby, "a little too wild around here for my tastes." Said in a tone of fond exasperation.

A nod. "Looking for someplace in particular?"
