1. I had therapy at 8:30 in the morning. I was so not ready to deal with my shit that early in the morning. My therapist looked adorable. He often does. I don't want to sound all cocky but I think there's bit of counter-transference going on! I made the therapist a CD and this week he began the session by telling me how much he hearted the CD ( Read more... )

I hate Paris so I enjoy that she has both ugly feet and a bad hair weave. Money can't buy everything!

so which do you prefer at work:
1. Launchcast
2. Ipod
3. CDs

I use my iPod at work mostly, unless I get a new CD and then I listen to that. I always listen to talk radio for the first few hours just as background noise and then I switch over to the iPod after I'm done running around and freaking out.

Good! Now you can read my entry about the Star Wars phenomenon, and give me your thoughts!

Also, did you see the comment I made to your Darth Vader/Cookie Monster request? I made you something in Photoshop and linked it.

I can't even begin to touch this. This is SUCH a hot scenario, yet all I can see is the business potential. "shrink-sex-sessions.xxx" is good for at LEAST a hundred long in membership revenue.

As one who has a thing for teachers/shrinks/attractive people in advisory or educational positions/chicks with glasses, I hereby put in my request for a full disclosure of the story when this comes to a head.

I'm DYING to get into a full on discussion about Episode 3 but I'm so afraid that I'll be discussing it with folks who worship Lucas (thankyougeorge.com types)that I've left it to folks who I get down with on AIM. Most of which have only seen "Empire" and now this one.

WE should have a discussion. I am not a "I heart Georgie" girl. I think he's a mediocre filmmaker who had ONE amazing idea and has kept his name in the papers by stretching this thing out for nearly 3 decades.

Empire is good because Lawrence Kasdan wrote it. LK is a fantastic writer who knows how to write scripts that HOLD the fuck up over the years. I watch "The Big Chill" often and even though there are some references to the 60s that are cheese, the meat of the story is timeless.

If it weren't for Kasdan this wouldn't be a franchise, no question about it. the evidence of this is when you let GEORGE run the show, you get Episode 1 ( ... )

Haha. I rushed home to watch ep IV just to make sure I wasn't imaginging the "holes". But no they were there! Big ridiculous holes that will now need some 'splainin'. I don't care what that mutherfucker says, he didn't envision this thing (the originals) as a saga, nor did he really write the backstory before starting SW. I mean we didn't even start calling it ep IV until I was already getting finger banged in the backseat of my acura!

One thing can be said for the new ones; they have made Empire look so much better. It's innocence and simplicity are so much more cherished. All the money and all the FX didn't make the prequels dazzle the way well crafted words made Empire sparkle.
