I got the Dragonair when someone I know left Johto, and the other one hatched from an egg I got sometime around Easter. Don't think they have Sharpedo in the wild here in Johto.

Yeah, you'll find the littler ones, called Dratini. ...or you could probably buy a Dratini egg from the breeding centre, I wouldn't be surprised.
