Lo and behold, Johto, one silver-haired teen in swimming trunks is apparently surfing on his Sharpedo off the coast of Cianwood. And by surfing I mean having it propell them off the waves as fast as it can, standing on its back and holding on to the fin for dear life. Shark-surfing at its best.
