i loved this fic! you really have their dynamic down. it's so hard because I really want them to have these types of conversations on the show and they're NOT (at least not yet), so i have to live vicariously in fic-land. And who knows if fic-land will have to sustain me through the summer break, so please keep writing!

thanks so much, that means a lot. Its really important to me that Meredith & Derek communicate honestly w/ one another and if Shonda won't do it, well we have to!! I hope to continue so we'll see :)

Ahh Shari, I loved it! God, they really need to talk. And she needs to know he won't leave her...and he needs her to let him in. So I'm glad you addressed that in this fic. It was really good.

Oh, I just loved this. So much. It's exactly the sort of conversation these two need to have DESPERATELY. I loved how, at the beginning, he was being all avoid-y on the phone, and then...just as soon as he heard her sob, he was all, I'm on my way. Oh Derek, you still are dreamy, aren't you? Le sigh...I do hope you continue this.

Amazing story, Shari. But of course...yours always are. =]] I love when MerDer talk. It does wonders for them, really.

But ugh, bleh, finale. I'm so disinterested at the moment. Because I know it cannot possibly bode well for MerDer, and that makes me depressed.
