How in the world do you use the solid shampoo?j
Do you just use it in cake form and rub it against your head?
Do you break pieces off?
Do you rub your hands all over it and foam it up before you run your hands through your hair?
This truly baffles me!

The instructions say to wet it, then stroke it down the length of your hair. However, I find it works better when I lather it up like soap, then use it.

And it smells *so* pretty!

Woo! 10 miles! Hell yeah!

Also, yeah for The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay! Michael Chabon could write a grocery list and I would devour it.

Someone opened a bottle of wine that I had been saving, and now it's nearly gone.

Bummer! Make them go get you more!

Woo Hoo! I wasn't running that distance at this time before my first marathon. Maybe this year I can focus on making my PR, instead of worrying if I'll finish!

Kavalier and Clay is the first thing I've read by Chabon, but I'm enjoying it very much so far. (Finding time to keep up with it once school starts back up again is going to be a challenge, though!)

Bummer! Make them go get you more!

I wish! I brought it home from the Finger Lakes. I may just have to do some passive-aggressive pouting instead. (That, or hide what's left of the bottle.)

Oh that shampoo looks neat! I have a baby shampoo bar. I didn't know others made it! Cool.

Looks like the teachers here get at least one extra day. Apparently everyone waited to shovel snow off their roofs until it passed the city code limit of 30 pounds! And since we are expecting more tonight most of the schools in the area are closed.

Good luck tomorrow. Hope your first day back goes smoothly.
