It's been ages, I know, and I don't know how many of my old D&DC pals are still lingering here, but since the old message boards are gone (or moved), I had nowhere else to gush about this!

As a fan, and often fic-writer, of an aged (basically dead) fandom, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this clip of the new D&D movie:

This link was circulated around the science departments where I work. And although I'm not a science teacher, I couldn't help but find it fascinating! (And I ended up playing around with it for quite a while!)

In the grand scheme of things, we're pretty small.

- I love my new solid shampoos from Lush. They make my hair smell so pretty!

I'm off to Phoenix tomorrow, and I'm concerned about my layover in Detroit - especially after hearing about all the awful weather across the Midwest. My trip is only 4 days, and I'm really hoping I don't have to spend them all at the airport. *fingers crossed*
