I thought people might enjoy this. Not a rec list, as such, but a list of all the Shakespeare stories written for this year's yuletide fic exchange. I haven't read all of them yet, but those I have read have been brilliant.

 Henry VIII is Shakespeare's worst play. I challenge anyone to give me a great, if not memorable, quote from this play or any other redeeming feature.

I can certainly see why everyone claims he wrote this with John Fletcher.
