BUT WHERE ARE THE NEWS AND THE PICTURES OF THE CAT?! Every forthcoming update must at least mention Morgan Jr. Oliver II your new cat.

Also, what is in tamale pie and why am I not eating it? And what soup will you make with coconut milk, which is awesomely delicious?

There's really nothing to report on the cat, other than that he is due for his shots next week and he is in the process of undecorating the Christmas tree and I have had to take five ornaments away from him, seriously. Also, there will be no further pictures until I have a working computer again. The library takes a dim view of my attaching things to their computers.

Tamale pie contains pinto beans, corn, tomato purée, onions, and bell pepper (also some garlic and spices, obv) and has a crust made of polenta and cheese. You are not eating it because apparently no one will cook for you, which must suck D: The coconut milk soup contains spinach and shrimp, also the rest of the bell pepper from the tamale pie. It is a bit spicy but v. good.
