It deserved its fate for being big and ugly and probably poisonous (brown recluses are common here, and their bite can turn the surrounding flesh septic) and also for daring to get on my computer. I am racist against arachnids.

It's been ages since I watched "Shogun." I had to have been fourteen the last time I saw it.

I had the same experience with a beetle on my bed just now! Offensive buggers! Get off our personal property! I have no qualms about destroying insect and arachnid life; I don't care if karma bites me in the ass, as long as a spider doesn't bite me first. >_<

You should learn to read Japanese! It's fun! :DDD

I am mainly just watching it because Toshiro Mifune is in it, and also because it's sort of like I have a recurrent brain-maggot that doesn't want to think about anything but samurai and gets cranky when there are no samurai.

It depends on the bugs. I will tolerate some--when fireflies and ladybugs get into the house, for instance, I'm not bothered--but I do not want wasps in the house, and I do not like large and ugly beetles. Or spiders, obv.

I totally should! Then I can show you up! I mean, uh, then we can talk in our ( ... )
