I do better when I'm not under OMG PRESSURE to perform or to crank out X number of words in Y days, which is why I doubt I'll ever have a contract with a publishing house ;)
For me, the key factor in realising it would be a stupid idea is that I don't do well with churning out quantity over quality. I prefer to edit and perfect as I go along *G*

Erm, first off, I am full of fail for never emailing you back about first part of teh n0vel. I DID read it and I DID enjoy it and I DO have commentary just...I have been pathetic and have never gotten it written down. But I do want to read part 2 as I am anxious to see what happens next. Sadly food - specifically chinese take out - was the most exciting thing that happened to me today as well.
