I’m sitting in the Omaha airport waiting to head out to Salt Lake City! I just went through yet another lovely TSA patdown (I’m an Opt Out kind of girl), which would have been annoying except that I’m kind of used to it now and I’m happy and excited to be going to Salt Lake and the patdown ladies were more interested in examining Amy’s lovely paper

Grr, grumpy haircutter. I know there are places to review salons online, at the very least you could leave her a bad review. I would be tempted to go back and raise a bit of hell over it depending where you went. If she's employed by a chain or rents a salon space...

Working that short bit in retail made me more demanding of good customer service, oddly enough.

I was trying to figure out a way to do that; I know yelp.com is a good site to leave reviews, but the problem is that I don't feel like she's a good reflection of the salon itself. I got my hair cut there once before by a different lady and it was a good experience. So I'm trying to figure out how to review just this sullen girl, but I don't even know her name, unfortunately...

I am surprised she didn't even try to get the kinks out of your hair from the bun--even if they don't wash it they usually try to spray it down some. And I am sorry for your loss and not denying that it was a lot shorter, but it still looks good.

Thanks...I suppose it at least looks good straight, even if a bit typical. I'm still going to hunt down those pre-natals, though.
