We're supposed to file the paperwork tomorrow. Some of the forms have to be signed in front of a notary. I still haven't a clue where I'm going to find one. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Bank - Most of them will even notarize for free for customers.
General Mailbox stores usually have notary services for a small cost.

When I checked Google before all I could find was people working out of there homes and none of them would reply to emails.

Call your bank. They usually have a notary on staff.

I believe most Fedex Kinkos and banks have one on staff. You can do a search for active notaries in Texas here, though keep in mind many folks become notaries for their business and aren't available for easy public access.
