We're supposed to file the paperwork tomorrow. Some of the forms have to be signed in front of a notary. I still haven't a clue where I'm going to find one. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Yes and no on the attorney. I had the paperwork prepared by Legal Zoom and I have access to an attorney but what they can or will help with is limited. But I found one at my bank. :)

Lots of good suggestions above: Bank, credit union, doctors office, insurance agent, travel agency, in some cases, a local grocery store you like probably has one on staff in the office. Have you asked at work?

Ah, but the gnome people I knew of, it's just so hard to locate them as they are unexpected and all. *laugh* Missed you sweetie. Been kinda keeping up with you on myspace, but it seems to be degenerating into a lot of childish angst so I steer clear of it.

ha. i'm just a hard man to keep up with, like a bowling ball down the side of mars, but larger, less round, and with holes that aren't so neatly arranged.
