Weekend - Car Crap

Friday I get a message from Lynn saying that his car won't start. After a bit of back and forth, gaming for the night is canceled in case I need to go get him. Plus he was supposed to bring our dice so even had I not needed to go pick him up I would have been over an hour late

There are times that the only thing helping me get through it is remembering that if I go to jail I can't go see Wolf.

Even after explaining it to him in small words I'm still not sure he gets it. Every single refund has gone toward a car repair for him. At least half of this year was supposed to go for a spinning wheel. I don't even know any more.

It was terribly close, especially as hour 4 crept past at the car dealership and they tried to joke with me rather than getting on with the process.

Its better, Ford focus, much newer. But honestly, the way he treats things it won't be long before it's a wreck too. :-\

really, he needs a bus pass. He's not a car guy and never will be.

I know. He was astounded to find out that the horrible grinding sound, while driving forward, was his breaks going out. His assumption had been "I don't know what it is so it can't be important".

If he didn't work so far away I'd have purchased a bus pass and been done with it.
