Treading water

I suspect most of the people who read this journal read Rey's as well, and are therefore somewhat caught up on the household goings-on. Rey has been jobless for some time, Bridgie was struggling with medication changes, and got that sorted out only to lose her job as well. Since I haven't been working myself, we no longer have any steady, reliable ( Read more... )

I'm not a big fan of March, either. It's kind of tease, weather-wise here.

I hope you plan to play Thorn a little, too. *makes doe eyes*

The weather thus far this month has been downright bizarre. We seem to be wavering between snow and winter temperatures, and midsummer heat. I believe it was eighty-three degrees the other day.

Oh dear, I need to go on with Thorn's move, don't I? I'd gotten distracted by first The Shadow and then the king Thorn lol, and then... the various household troubles.
Janitor Thorn and Tom ought to have a neighbourly sort of chat.

We had a couple of near sixty degrees days, but it was not nearly enough warm enough for me. And it'll be like this until May, maybe even June!

I don't blame you for being distracted. But if you're going to be RPing anyway... ;) We can continue the DC thread of Thorn moving if you want, or we can skip ahead and have Tom run into him at the mailboxes or something. Or Thorn can run into Tom while he's with little kid Sarah. (She's only a kid for two days game time. I'm going to continue my thread with Harley and hopefully when Morri feels like playing again, I can have another scene with Schreber and kid Sarah.)

Sixty would have been enough, for me, but it's the rolloer coaster of temperatures that's bothersome.

I would like to continue the moving out bit, and it would be entertaining for him to see child Sarah. I'm going up to try sleeping, but tomorrow I'll prod Morri and see if he's up to putting his two cents into all this. I'm perfectly willing to share the keyboard, of course...
