And Jane Austen was writing at a time when there weren't many choices for women, and no pension plans. One of the best things was to get a good guy who also had money. Love was just an extra, great if you could get it.

I don't know what God he worships, but his God is definitely not my God. My God made me smarter than most of the men out there. Also, My God made me to not only want but need intellectual stimulation. His God must be pretty weak if he can only make women for one purpose.

I managed to get through "Nature of Girls" before I gave up. His reasoning is just too twisted to follow. It's sad because that poor man actually believes what he is saying...

If I were Pope a certain bishop would be excommunicated. Of course if I were Pope the Catholic Church would be a very different thing.
