This isn't worth reading and even less worth commenting on. I just had to take a little while to rant because oh my gosh, I spent the morning in the worst line ever. Our printer neither has ink nor has it been downstairs in months, so to get our Festival of Books tickets, we needed to actually go to a Ticketmaster. Just a few thoughts about the Festival of Books today. I'll give a blow-by-blow after the festival is over.

• Kirk Douglas is still cracking jokes after all these years. Lovely guy.
• James Ellroy, who wrote LA Confidential and The Black Dahlia, is INSANE and HILARIOUS. I'm really going to have to go on and on about that panel when I'm completely awake ( Read more... )
