I went back to Spartacus: Blood and Sand at a later airing to give it another try. I shouldn't have bothered. I can't even say it's the poor man's ROME because that would be giving it too much credit. Poor man's 300, perhaps. It's not even that it's just bad. I agree with everything you said about the SAG Awards! Even the Brandon Routh thing. IDK if you saw my post, but I noticed him sitting there and looked him up on Wikipedia and saw that he's married to Courtney! lol.

YES! I just read through your post! You're always so wonderfully thorough in your awards posts. I love them! :-D

I'd heard Routh mention being married in various interviews, but I never felt motivated enough to find out if she was in the business or not. So imagine my surprise when I see him sitting at that table, of all places!

I totally geeked out that their being married linked two of my favorite shows - Dexter and Chuck. lol! Minimally liked, but still linked!

I intended to watch "Spartacus," but if it's bad as you say, I don't know if I'll even waste the time trying to find it online. I have enough backlogged episodes of other shows! lol.

I can't recommend it, but I know everyone has varying tastes. I think many plan to keep up with it just for the naked people. ::laughs:: Unfortunately, naked people and sex (which I only ever find embarrassing to watch in film or TV) is just not going to be enough to tempt me.

Well, when I feel like a break from S1 of "NCIS," which I just started, I might look it up and give it a shot, but I definitely won't make a priority of it. We seem to have similar tastes, so hearing that you hated doesn't exactly make me enthusiastic to see it. lol.
