I really need to get myself into better habits...namely, taking care of my electronics. I love my ipod, but I'm not the nicest owner. So...you all know how my hair was long? I grew it out specifically for the wedding and it had grown beyond the middle of my back? Yeah...it is no longer. It's too short to put in a ponytail. A surprisingly fast read. I'm adding this to the permanent library as soon as I can. It's GOOD. Very much centered around Norse mythology, but you don't need to know anything about it to enjoy the book.

Absolutely hilarious and completely pragmatic. I don't agree with all of his points, but he has the grace to allow for that. Admittedly, he and I have very different writing tendencies.

I'm ahead of schedule!
That's right, folks; I actually met one of my writing goals last night, almost 24 hours before my self-imposed deadline. So the rough draft of the Pen&Sword short story (which has really turned into much more of a long story, but still short! ...for me...) is completed, though not typed up. Everything's rosy!
...or at least, I am. Went for a walk yesterday with Grey and am now very nicely sunburned over the tops of my arms and shoulders. It doesn't hurt. It's just pink and that will quickly go to brown. I think this is already as much color as I got all last summer, combined. ^_^ I am happy.
