It's certainly true that priests are everywhere, although nuns are more numerous. My friends and I play a game where you get 5 points for every nun you spot - except we don't play when we're at the Vatican, because that's just too easy.
If you ever decide to finish it, feel free to ask me about Rome stuff (if there's anything that Google & Wikipedia can't tell you!)
