Huzzah! Finally got the pencils finished and scanned. This drawing has kind of taken over my life this week.
( Here it is with quickie mood lighting thrown in, because to get it that dark with pencils would have taken another month, and would have required me not being a coward. Also, it's huge. ) -

I wanted to color this SO BADLY, but I really need more B&W stuff in my portfolio, so I refrained. -

I finally got around to scanning the pages in my two most recent sketchbooks that I've been telling myself I would for weeks now. So, website update!. I went through and pruned a bunch of stuff as well, so there's still about the same number of sketches, but the bottom two rows are stuff that people might not have seen before. -

I'm bored. Although the reasons for it aren't entirely bad. See, I'll probably be starting a real, honest-to-goodness commission for an RPG company soon, which makes it hard for me to start any new personal projects, as I know that with any luck they'll be put on the backburner in a few days. Also, finally, finally got around to baking the second ridgeback uglyface sculpture I made (yes Emily and Danny, he got a momma). On the plus side, I was right and it does stand on its own now that the legs are hard (it wouldn't before, because they were too slender).
